Ingredients for Masala Chai Recipe

Water - 2 cups
Tea leaves - 3 - 4 tsp
Dried Ginger - 1 chunk
Cardamom(Elakka)
(crushed) - 3 - 4 nos
Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 piece
Black peppers(Kurumulaku) - 1-2 nos
Sugar - As reqd
Milk - 1 cup





Preparation Method of Masala Chai Recipe
1)Bring two cups of water to boil. 2)Add all the ingredients (except milk and sugar) and boil again for about 15 seconds. Let stand for one minute. 3)Warm milk in a pot. 4)Filter the above tea into cups. 5)Add milk and sugar. :- Serve.
