Ingredients for North Indian Easy Gulab Jamun Recipe

Milk powder - 5 tsp
Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil - 4 tsp
Egg - 1 no

For sugar syrup:
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1 1/2 cups





Preparation Method of North Indian Easy Gulab Jamun Recipe
1)Mix the above ingredients of jamuns to a very smooth dough, without adding water. 2)Make small balls off the above dough(size of 25 paise coin). 3)Boil water and sugar in a vessel and stir it, until the sugar melts well with water. Keep on a low flame. 4)Heat oil in another pan or a kadai. 5)Fry jamun balls on a low flame, until golden brown. 6)Put them in the sugar syrup. 7)Remove from flame and allow it to cool. 8)Store it in the fridge for about 10 days. :- You can add cardamom powder too in the sugar syrup. It adds rich flavour to the jamuns.

Comments	The measurements are not accurate. The dough was too watery, so couldnot make balls at all. Please look into it and try to correct the measurements. Maybe half egg would do........

Comments	I`m not sure this is a valid recipe. The quantities of maida and dry mik are so small that it won`t make more than a couple jamuns. And where are the comments about jeera or eggs coming from? These are not listed in the recipe?
