Ingredients for Milk Appam Recipe
Milk - 1 lt
Sugar - 4 tbsp or as reqd
Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
Cardamom(Elakka) - 4 nos
Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method of Milk Appam Recipe
1)Heat milk in heavy bottomed pan for 30 - 45 Minutes on a low flame, until it reduces to 300 ml.

2)Let the milk cool for 10 minutes.

3)Add maida, sugar and powdered cardamom and make a batter with dropping cosistency (like appam) without lumps.

4)Heat oil in a pan.

5)Take spoon full of batter and drop in hot oil.

6)Deep fry, till golden brown in colour.

You can addeggs also.Beat egg with maida till it froaths nicely(the more you beat the better).For flavour you can add vanila also
