Ingredients for French Beans with Dry Coconut Recipe

French Beans - 250 gm
Dry coconut - 4 - 5 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
(2 tsp of coriander powder can also be used)
Dried red chillies - 4 - 5 nos
Salt - As reqd
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - A few




Preparation Method of French Beans with Dry Coconut Recipe
1)String and finely chop the beans. 2)Make a coarse powder of dry coconut, chillies and coriander seeds. 3)Heat oil in a pan. 4)Splutter mustard seeds. 5)Add curry leaves and chopped vegetable. 6)Add salt and � cup of water. 7)Cook on a medium flame till done. 8)Add the coconut powder to the curry. 9)Add 2 - 3 tbsp of water, stir and switch off the flame once all the water is evaporated. :- Tastes good with hot rice.
