Ingredients for Cauliflower & Cheese Pakora Recipe

Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
(chopped)
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 cup
Green chillies(chopped) - 2 tbsp
Ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp
Cauliflower(small) - 1 no
(separated into tiny florets)
Cheese(grated) - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup or more to coat cauliflower, cheese & other ingredients
Salt - As reqd
Water - As reqd
Oil for frying




Preparation Method of Cauliflower & Cheese Pakora Recipe
1)In a vessel, mix all the ingredients except oil. 2)Heat oil in a pan. 3)With a spoon, put the mixture into the oil and fry until it is cooked and golden brown.
