Ingredients for Milk Kesari Recipe
Semolina(Rava/Sooji) - 1 cup
(Do not fry the rava)
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 ½ cups
Dalda - 1 cup
Cardamom(Elakka) - 6 nos
(powdered)
Kesari powder - 1 tsp
Cashewnuts - 10 nos

Preparation Method of Milk Kesari Recipe
1)Deep fry the cashewnuts in dalda and keep it aside.

2)Heat up a pan or a kadai.

3)Add all the ingredients one by one into the vessel and cook it.

4)Pour the mixture into a buttered vessel and keep it aside.

5)Cut the kesari into desired shapes.
