Ingredients for Dried Green Peas Sundal Recipe
Dried green peas - 2 cups
(soaked in water for 3 hrs)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - A pinch
Salt - As reqd
Onion - 1 no
(finely chopped)
Raw mango - 1/4 of one
(finely chopped)
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 cup
Carrot(grated) - 1/4 cup

Preparation Method of Dried Green Peas Sundal Recipe
1)Heat up a pressure cooker.

2)Add green peas, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder and salt along with enough water.

3)Pressure cook, till the peas gets cooked.

4)After opening the lid, add onion, raw mango, carrot and coriander leaves and mix well.

5)Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top.
