Ingredients for China Grass Pudding Recipe

Pineapple - half of one
Sugar - As reqd
China grass - half
Milk - 1/2 ltr
Milkmaid - 1 full tin
Cherry for garnishing
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp





Preparation Method of China Grass Pudding Recipe
1)Soak the China grass with 1/4 cup of water for 15 mins or till it becomes very soft. 2)Cut the pineapple into small pieces. 3)Add sugar and cook for 5 - 10 mins in the microwave. 4)Mix together milk, the soaked chinagrass, milkmaid and vanilla essence and place it on fire. 5)When the chinagrass starts melting, immediately remove from the fire. Otherwise it will curdle. 6)Pour the cooked pineapple on a flat plate. 7)Top it with the milkmaid mixture. 8)Allow to cool. 9)Garnish with cherry. 10)Refigerate. :- Serve chilled.

Comments	Check China grass in Indian stores or Chinese/vietnamese. Its also known as Agar-Agar. BTW very nice recipe... easy dessert!!!!

Comments	Your recipe is excellent but will it not better that you first tell what the china grass looks like, may be you know that by some other name, unless there is some common name in Indian, international prevalance how one can find that. So, please provide a photo on your website too.
