Ingredients for Meat Cutlet Recipe
Beef(without fat) - 3 lbs
Black pepper - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Onion - 3 nos
Green chillies - 4 nos
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 4 cloves
Potato - 6 nos
Egg white - 4 nos
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - 2 cups

Preparation Method of Meat Cutlet Recipe
1)Cut the beef into inch pieces and wash well.

2)Add black pepper, salt, turmeric and vinegar. Chop it well in a food processor. Don’t grind it.

3)Boil the potatoes and peel it. Mash it with the beef.

4)Chop the garlic, ginger, chillies and the onions.

5)Put some oil in a sauté pan and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger and chillies. Add the mashed mixture of beef and potatoes and cook for 7 minutes.

6)Add enough salt and mix well. Keep this aside.

7)Beat the egg white with a fork and keep it aside too.

8)Take the bread crumbs in a plate.

9)Take the mixture (size of a golf ball) into the palm and make an oval shape.

10)Dip it in the egg white and cover with bread crumbs and put it in the boiling oil and fry till it becomes golden brown.

I made this as per the recipe. It didn`t taste like cutlet. There was not enough spiciness.

I modified it so that in addition to the above ingrediants I added
onion 1
ginger paste 3 tbsp
curry leaves - 2 tbsp
pepper powder - 5.5 tsp
garam masala powder - 4 tsp
cumin powder - 2 tsp
Then it tasted like a cutlet.

This is a gr8 recipe. Since I do not eat beef..I substituted with goat meat/mutton. And these meat cutlets/muttis turned out as delicious as ever. Thank U for sharing it.
