Ingredients for Cabbage Thoran - Easy to Make Recipe
Cabbage – 200 gm
Onions – 3 nos
Green chillies – 6 nos
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Coconut – ½ of one
Coconut oil – 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves – A few
Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) – 2 – 3 nos
Salt – As reqd

Preparation Method of Cabbage Thoran - Easy to Make Recipe
1)Chop finely the cabbage, onions and green chillies.

2)Mix well together the above chopped items, grated coconut, salt and turmeric powder.

:- Mix using your hands for best results.

3)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

4)Splutter mustard seeds ad sauté dry red chillies and curry leaves.

5)Add the cabbage-coconut mixture and mix well.

6)Cover and cook for 3 mins.

7)Remove the lid and keep it on flame, till done.
