Gooseberries(Nellikka) - 1/4 kg
Ginger - A small piece
Salt - As reqd
Water - As reqd

1)Cut gooseberries into small pieces and remove the seeds. 2)Place it along with ginger and salt in a blender. 3)Grind the above adding enough water. 4)Take the ground mixture and strain it.
