Ingredients for Pollachi Spinach(Keerai) Kootu Recipe
Green chillies - 4 nos
(chopped)
Keerai(Spinach) - 4 bunch
(chopped)
Yellow lentils - 1 tumbler
(Marinate for 30 mins before cooking)
Spring onions - 4 nos
(chopped)
Red chilli powder - 4 tsp
Water - 4 tumbler
Annapoorna or Sakthi or Everest
Curry Masala Powder - 4 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp

1)Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker.

2)Cook for half an hour.
