Ingredients for Pyaz ka Pakora Recipe
1.2 big red onions
2. 1cup besan (chickpea flour)
3.1tsp each of haldi and amchoor powder
4. 1 amd 1/2 tsp coriander powder
5. 4 sliced green chillies
6. Salt to taste
7. oil for deep frying

Preparation Method of Pyaz ka Pakora Recipe
Chop the onions into big pieces.
Mix all the spices and the chillies in the gram flour and make a thick batter.
Add the salt and mix the onion pieces.
Carefully put a little batter at a time in hot oil.
Fry till golden brown turning in between, keeping the flame on medium.
Enjoy them hot as is or with chutney.
