Ingredients for Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe
Russet potatoes - 1-1/2 lbs
(scrubbed and cut into 1/4 inch slices)
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Unsalted butter(melted) - 1 tbsp
Pepper - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe
1)Preheat oven to 425°F.

2)Cover potatoes with cold water in a bowl. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

3)Drain the potatoes and pat dry.

4)Coat a baking pan with oil.

5)Add potatoes and toss with melted butter and salt and pepper to taste.

6)Bake for 20 minutes.

7)Turn potatoes with a spatula and bake another 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
