Ingredients for Gobi Manjurian Recipe
Cauliflower(medium) - 1 no
Maida - 2 tsp
Cornflour - 4 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - Your Option
Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves or Coriander leaves
Onion - 1 no
Spring onion - 2 nos
Green chillies - 2 nos

Preparation Method of Gobi Manjurian Recipe
1)Take a medium sized cauliflower.

3)Cut into florets and remove the stalk.

3)Place them in a bowl.

4)To it, add maida, corn flour and egg white and mix well.

5)Add soya sauce, pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

6)Add water if reqd.

7)Deep fry it in hot oil.

8)In a pan, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour paste or liquid.

9)Heat it for a minute.

10)Add chilli powder, sugar and salt and heat for one minute.

:- Serve with fried curry leaves and long sliced onions or spring onions with the greens well chopped.
