Ingredients for Quail Eggs Sambal Recipe
Quail eggs - 12 nos
(boiled and shelled)
Red onion – 1/2 piece
(chopped fine)
Garlic – 2 tsp
(minced)
Curry powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes – 4 nos
(seeded and diced)
Mint leaves - for garnishing
Salt - as reqd
Oil - for cooking

Preparation Method of Quail Eggs Sambal Recipe
1)Add oil to a heated pan, add the quail eggs and fry till crisp on the outside. Remove and transfer to a plate.

2)Add a little more oil and stir the onions and garlic for about 1 minute.

3)Make paste with the chilly and curry powder and add gradually to the pan and stir.

4)When the spices turn fragrant, slide in diced tomatoes and combine well with the masala.

5)Bring the heat down to a simmer and cover the pan with a lid. Cook till the tomatoes are soft and blended with the masala.

6)Slide in the quail eggs and simmer for 2 minutes.
: - Add a little water, if the gravy turns dry.

7)Check for seasoning and Garnish with mint leaves.

:- Quail Eggs Sambal is ready!!!

:- Serve the Quail Eggs Sambal in hot!!!
