Ingredients for Carrot Cake Recipe
Refined flour - 3 cups
Sugar - 3 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
Egg - 3 nos
Raw carrot - 1 cup
(grated)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Melted butter - 300 gm
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

Preparation Method of Carrot Cake Recipe
1)Preheat the oven to 170C and Grease the cake tray with little butter.

2)Combine the dry ingredients - 3 cups of Refined flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

3)Mix the wet ingredients - Put 300gms melted butter in a large bowl and beat with 3 cups of sugar. Beat in 3 eggs one at a time, then add in the dry ingredients followed by 1 cup of grated carrot.

4)Pour the cake mixture into the greased cake tray, and bake for 40 mins or till done. When it`s done, take the cake out of the oven and cool in the cake tray for 10 mins.

:- Carrot Cake is ready!!!
:- Remove the Carrot Cake from the tray and serve!!
