Ingredients for Spice Cupcake Recipe
All purpose flour(Maida) - 3 cups
Butter - 2/3 cup
Sugar - 1 3/4 cup
Egg - 2 nos
Baking powder -2 1/2 tsp
All spice - 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 1/4 cup

For icing:
Butter cream icing - 3 cups
Rose icing colour - As reqd

Preparation Method of Spice Cupcake Recipe
1)Preheat oven to 350 F and line the tray with paper cups.

2)In a big bowl, combine flour,baking powder, all spice, ginger and salt.

3)Beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy.

4)Add eggs at a time and beat well.

5)Add flour a little at a time along with milk and beat till mixed.

6)Fill the paper cups till 3/4 and bake in the middle shelf for 20 minutes or till baked.

7)Cool the biscuits on a wire tray.

8)Add icing color to the butter cream and pipe a fancy swirl around the cake.
