Ingredients for Easy Egg n Bread Snack Recipe
Egg - 1 no(beaten)
Bread - 3 nos(cut into 1 cm cubes)
Onion - 1/2 cup(finely chopped)
Green Chilly - 1 no(finely chopped)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp or as reqd
Garam Masala - a pinch(optional)
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp

Preparation Method of Easy Egg n Bread Snack Recipe
1)Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and green chilly. Saute for a minute or so.

2)After 1 minute, add the egg and scramble it.

3)Add salt, pepper powder and coriander leaves.

4)Sprinkle a little bit of water to the bread cut into small cubes and add it to the egg.

5)Mix well and cook in medium flame for 2 minutes.

6)Serve the easy egg n bread snack with a sauce or chutney of your choice.
