Ingredients for Banana Pudding Recipe
All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
Cocoa - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Banana(Poovan) - 1/2 cup(mashed)
Eggs - 2 nos
Milk - 1/2 cup

Preparation Method of Banana Pudding Recipe
1)Sift together maida, cocoa and baking powder.

2)Beat well the egg yolks with sugar.

3)Add the mashed banana, milk and maida flour.

4)Fold in the egg whites and blend well.

5)Pour the contents into a greased pudding dish and cover the mouth with grease proof paper.

6)Steam the banana pudding for about 1 1/2 hours until set.

7)Serve the banana pudding with custard.
