Ingredients for Chilly Chicken/Murgh Pulav Recipe
Chicken – 125g(boneless cubes)
Tomato – 1 no(pureed)
Basmati rice – 3/4 cup
Green chillies – 3 nos
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Garlic cloves – 4 nos
Cardamom(Elakka) – 2 nos
Cinnamon(Karugapatta) – 1/2 inch stick
Cloves(Grambu) – 1 no
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – 1/4 tsp
Chicken stock – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – As reqd

Preparation Method of Chilly Chicken/Murgh Pulav Recipe
1)For preparing chilly chicken pulav, grind together ingredients : green chillies, ginger, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, required salt and oil to a smooth paste.

2)Put the ground paste in a microwave safe bowl and stir in chicken pieces. Mix well.

3)Microwave the chicken for 2 minutes in high mode.

4)Now add rice, chicken stock and tomato puree. Mix well.

5)Cover it with a microwave safe plastic wrap and make small holes on it.

6)Cook in high mode for 5 minutes and in medium for 7 more minutes. Allow standing time of 5 minutes.

7)Chilly chicken pulav is ready. Serve hot with salad/raita and enjoy.
