Ingredients for Special Egg & Potato Sandwich Recipe
Bread – 12 slices
Eggs – 8 nos(boiled)
Onion – 2 nos
Green chilly – 2 nos
Tomato - 2 nos (finely sliced in rings)
Potato – 3 nos(boiled)
Butter - 6 tsp
Cheese – 4 tbsp(grated)
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp
Salt – As reqd
Pepper – As reqd

Preparation Method of Special Egg & Potato Sandwich Recipe
1)For preparing special egg & potato sandwich, finely chop boiled eggs, onion, green chilly, potato and coriander leaves separately.

2)Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl except bread and butter: eggs, onion, green chilly, potato, cheese, mayonnaise, coriander leaves, pepper and required salt. Combine well.

3)Next, butter 2 slices of bread and spread the egg mixture on both slices evenly. Put 2 slices finely sliced tomato on top of it.

4)Place the bread slices one above the other. Repeat same with remaining bread slices.

5)Special egg & potato sandwich, a natural and highly nutritious snack, is ready.
