Ingredients for Veggie Mint Sandwich Recipe
Bread – 4 slices
Cucumber(thinly sliced) – 4 slices
Tomato(thinly sliced) – 4 slices
Mint Coriander chutney – 1/4 cup
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Butter – As reqd
Pepper powder - As reqd
Salt – As reqd

Ingredients to be ground for mint coriander chutney:
Coriander leaves – A bunch
Mint leaves – A bunch
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Green chilly – 1 no
Ginger – A small piece
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As reqd

Preparation Method of Veggie Mint Sandwich Recipe
1)For preparing veggie mint sandwich, first grind together the ingredients for mint coriander chutney: coriander leaves, mint, lime juice, green chilly, ginger, sugar and required salt.

2)Slice the vegetables into thin slices and sprinkle chaat masala, pepper and required salt. Toss the veggies.

3)Butter the bread slices and spread a generous quantity of mint coriander chutney.

4)Now, spread the veggies on top in desired quantity.

5)Top with the buttered slice. Repeat same procedure with remaining slices.

4)Veggie mint sandwich, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
