Ingredients for Carrot with Orange Soup Recipe
Carrot – 1 1/2 cup
Orange zest – 1 tbsp(grated)
Orange juice – 3/4 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Garlic clove – 1 no(crushed)
Salt - As reqd
Spring onions - 1 tbsp
Green chilly - 1 no(finely chopped)

Preparation Method of Carrot with Orange Soup Recipe
1)Boil the carrot, orange zest/peel, orange juice, garlic with 3/4th cup of water. Cook till carrot is done.

2)Now, add the lemon juice and salt. Allow the soup to cool and then blend until smooth.

3)Heat butter in a pan, fry spring onions and green chilly.

4)Return the blended mixture back to fire and reheat with 1/2 cup of milk. Remove pan from fire before boiling starts.

5)Carrot with orange soup, an easy as well as nutritious soup for kids, is ready.
