Ingredients for Fried Fish Sandwich Recipe
Bun – 1 no(halved)
Fish fillet – 1 no
Egg – 1 no(beaten)
Cheese(grated) - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1 ½ tbsp
Lemon juice – ½ tsp
Tomato – 2 nos(sliced)
Onion – 1 no(sliced)
Lettuce - 1 no
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Oil – ½ tbsp

Preparation Method of Fried Fish Sandwich Recipe
1)For preparing fried fish sandwich, marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice and salt.

2)Mix together the bread crumbs, oil, pepper powder and salt. Keep aside.

3)Dip the fish fillets in the beaten egg and in the bread crumbs mixture.

4)Bake the fish fillet in a microwave oven for 5 minutes in 500 F.

5)Place lettuce in the bottom part of the bun and put the fried fish fillet.

6)Layer the tomato, cheese and sliced onion and top with the upper part of the bun.

7)Fried fish sandwich is ready to serve.
