Ingredients for Baked Olive Balls Recipe
Green olives – 25 nos(pimento stuffed)
Cheddar cheese – 1 cup(grated)
Spinach - Few(finely chopped)
All purpose flour(Maida) – 1 cup
Butter – 50g
Salt - A pinch

Preparation Method of Baked Olive Balls Recipe
1)Blend together cheese and butter to a smooth cream.

2)Stir in maida and a pinch of salt into the butter mixture and blend well.Add spinach.

3)Roll out small balls out of this dough and stuff each ball with an olive.

4)Repeat same procedure with remaining balls.

5)Arrange the olive balls in a baking dish and cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees in a preheated oven.

5)Baked olives, a yummy as well as nutritious tea-time snack is ready.
