Ingredients for Curd with Chana Bonda Recipe
Curd – 3 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Chana dal – 1 tbsp(soaked for 3 hours and ground)
All purpose flour(Maida) – 3 tbsp
Soda powder – A small pinch
Onion – 2 tbsp(chopped)
Green chilly – 1 no(chopped)
Turmeric – A pinch
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt – As reqd
Oil – For deep frying

Preparation Method of Curd with Chana Bonda Recipe
1)For preparing curd with chana bonda, mix together curd, rice flour, maida and required salt. Add sufficient water and make a smooth batter.

2)Add the ground chana dal, soda powder, chopped onion, pepper powder, coriander leaves, green chilly, turmeric, cumin seeds, curry leaves and required salt. Mix well.

3)Heat oil in a hard bottomed pan and drop scoops of the prepared batter into it.

4)Deep fry the curd with chana bonda till golden brown in color.

5)Curd with chana bonda, a yummy favorite with kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve hot with onion chutney.
