Ingredients for Cashew Nut Halwa Recipe
Cashew - 1/2 kg
Milk - 1/2 litre
Sugar - 1/2 kg
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Preparation Method of Cashew Nut Halwa Recipe
1)For preparing cashew halwa, boil milk and soak the cashew nuts for about 30 minutes.

2)Grind the cashew into fine paste.

3)In a thick pan pour the ground cashew paste and cook.

4)Stir constantly, adding ghee.
5)Add cardamom powder and mix well.

6)Remove from the flame when the mixture becomes a smooth lump.

7)Transfer the contents on to a greased plate and spread evenly.

8)After 5 minutes cut pieces out of it.

9)Cashew halwa, yummy sweet dish is ready.
