Ingredients for Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk Recipe
Chicken - 1 kg
Onion - 1 no(sliced)
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Green chillies - 3 nos(slit)
Ginger - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Curry leaves - Few
Oil - As reqd

Preparation Method of Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk Recipe
1)For preparing chicken curry with coconut milk, first clean and cut the chicken and drain water.

2)Mix chicken with onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.

3)Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.

4)Cook chicken with enough water.

5)Add coconut milk and curry leaves. Do not boil.

6)Tasty chicken curry with coconut milk is ready.
