Ingredients for Dry Fruits Delight Recipe
Pista - 50g
Almonds - 50g
Dates - 50g
Figs - 50g
Apricot - 50g
Dry black grapes - 25g
Vanilla essence - 6 drops
Milk - 1 litre(chilled)
Condensed milk - 1 tin
Vanilla ice-cream - 1/2 litre
Hot water - To soak
Pista and almonds - For garnishing(chopped)

Preparation Method of Dry Fruits Delight Recipe
1)For preparing dry fruits delight, slice pista, almonds, dates, figs, apricot and dry black grapes. Soak this for 20 minutes in hot water and grind it to a fine paste.

2)Blend milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence with the dry fruits paste.

3)Add the vanilla ice-cream and beat it lightly and scoop it into a bowl.

4)Garnish with chopped pista and almonds.

5)Dry fruits delight is ready. Serve chilled.
