Ingredients for Egg and Potato Casserole Recipe
Eggs - 6 nos
Potatoes - 250g
Onions - 150g(finely chopped)
Cream - 1 1/4 cup(whipped)
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Egg and Potato Casserole Recipe
1)For preparing egg and potato casserole, boil the eggs and potatoes. Slice them and keep it aside.

2)In a greased baking dish, form a layer of egg slices with potatoes and onions.

3)Sprinkle pepper powder, chilly powder and salt.

4)Pour a little whipped cream on top of it.

5)Repeat the layering process till the baking dish is full. Lastly, sprinkle bread crumbs on the top most last layer.

6)Cook in a preheated oven at 150 degrees celsius(300 degrees F) for 20 minutes or till the top layer becomes brown.

7)Remove it from the oven. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and chilly powder.

8)Egg and potato casserole is ready. Serve hot.
