Ingredients for Delicious Strawberry Mousse Recipe
Strawberries - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup(chilled)
Gelatin - 2 tsp
Egg whites - 2 nos

Preparation Method of Delicious Strawberry Mousse Recipe
1)For preparing delicious strawberry mousse, blend the strawberries to a fine paste(do not add water) and chill it in the refrigerator.

2)Melt the gelatin in hot water and keep it aside.

3)In a bowl mix in strawberry paste, cream, gelatin and sugar well.

4)Beat egg whites till stiff and fold it in the above mixture.

5)Allow it to set in the refrigerator and decorate it with strawberries.

6)Delicious strawberry mousse is ready.
