Milk - 2 cups
Sugar powder - 4 tbsp
Eggs - 6 nos(beaten)
Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - 50g
Cardamoms(Elakka) - 4 nos(powdered)

Preparation Method of Delicious Custard Recipe
1)For preparing delicious custard, mix together milk, sugar, eggs, raisins and cardamoms. Allow it to cook on low flame without stirring.

2)Remove it from the flame after 3-4 minutes.

3)Delicious custard is ready. Serve chilled.
