Ingredients for Dates Pancakes Recipe
Dates - 1/2 cup(paste)
All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
Cardamom powder(Elakka) - 1 pinch
Sugar - As reqd
Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Milk - As reqd
Egg - 1 no
Ghee - As reqd
Salt - A pinch

Preparation Method of Dates Pancakes Recipe
1)For preparing dates pancakes, take a bowl and mix in dates paste, milk, sugar, cardamom powder, egg, salt and maida. It should be a lump free batter.

2)Then mix in the cashew nuts and raisins.

3)Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make it in the shape of a dosa.

4)Put a few drops of ghee on top. Fry on medium flame till the dosa is completely cooked and golden brown on both sides.

5)Repeat it with remaining batter.

6)Dates pancakes are ready. Serve hot as an evening snack or breakfast for kids.
