Ingredients for Duck Tomato Dry Recipe
Duck - 1/2 kg(chopped)
Onions - 2 nos(finely sliced)
Tomatoes - 2 nos(chopped)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 7 springs(chopped)
Coconut oil - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Duck Tomato Dry Recipe
1)For preparing duck tomato dry, mix the garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and chilly powder. Keep this paste aside.

2)Blend the tomatoes into a fine paste and keep it aside.

3)Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.

4)Add onions and fry until the onions turn brown.

5)Toss in the duck and tomato paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.

6)Then add in the above paste and saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.

7)Close the lid and allow the duck to cook. Add water if required.

8)Open the lid and allow it to simmer till the water dries up.

9)Garnish with coriander leaves.

10)Duck tomato dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, parotta, bread etc.
