Ingredients for Spinach and Carrot Pancakes Recipe
Spinach - 1 cup(finely chopped)
Onion - 1 no(finely chopped)
Green chillies - 2 nos(finely chopped)
All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 no(peeled and grated)
Curry leaves - 1 spring(finely chopped)
Egg - 1 no(if reqd)
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Cream - 4 tbsp
Milk - As reqd
Oil - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Spinach and Carrot Pancakes Recipe
1)For preparing spinach and carrot pan cakes, in a bowl mix in spinach, grated carrot, curry leaves, onion, maida, egg, cream, baking powder, salt and required milk to make it into a smooth lump free batter.

2)Heat a frying pan and spoon and spread it like dosa. Drizzle a little oil around it and fry it on both sides.

3)Spinach and carrot pancakes are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
