Ingredients for Soya Sweet Prawns Recipe
Prawns - 350g(de-veined and cleaned)
Spring onions - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Ginger - 1 inch piece(grated)
Garlic - 3 cloves(grated)
Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - As reqd

Preparation Method of Soya Sweet Prawns Recipe
1)For preparing soya sweet prawns, boil water in a vessel with prawns, spring onions, ginger and garlic. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

2)Then add in the soya sauce, garam masala and sugar. Allow it to simmer on low flame for 30 minutes in a covered pan.

3)Remove the lid and allow it to simmer till the liquid is absorbed completely.

4)Soya sweet prawns is ready. Serve hot with noodles.
