Ingredients for Crispy Ladies Fingers Recipe
Ladies fingers - 1/2 kg(cut finely in lengthwise)
All purpose flour(Maida) - 75g
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Crispy Ladies Fingers Recipe
1)For preparing crispy ladies fingers, in a bowl mix in maida, paprika, corn flour, baking powder, garam masala, pepper powder and salt.

2)Toss in the ladies fingers and mix it well.

3)Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the ladies fingers on low flame till it becomes crispy.

4)Crispy ladies fingers are ready. Serve hot.
