Terms and Conditions

The customer agrees to the following terms & conditions:-

By placing an order, the customer is authorizing the company to process the order and make sure the product is delivered to the given address. We offer you quality products, good service and prompt delivery. If we cannot deliver the order because of our own reasons, we assure you 100% money back after a nominal transaction fee.

Payments

The charges displayed on the site are inclusive of all charges such as the cost of the product, delivery charge, service charge etc.

Delivery

For perishable items such as Flower arrangements, Cakes etc., we will not go for readymade items instead, we will make the items exclusively for you to make sure it is fresh at the time of delivery to make it something special.

For perishable items like flowers, cakes, fruits etc and the combos, the delivery will be made in person. To reduce the cost, all other items will be delivered only through courier. If the order has more than 1 item and the order contains one or more perishable item we will deliver all the items mentioned in that order, by hand.

All the items we deliver shall be gift-wrapped. A white card is also enclosed with the gift, on which your personal message will be hand written.

We will deliver the gift any place as you wish (house address, office address, shop address, hospital address etc.) but the address should be properly mentioned in the order form. To make our delivery easier and fast, we suggest you to enter a landmark in the order form. The landmark can be such as Near by, Opposite to, Behind the, In front of, Church, Temple, Mosque, Theater, Talkies, Hospital, Auditorium, Any building name etc…

We will go in person to deliver the sympathy arrangements anywhere you wish (house, cemetery, crematorium etc.). If the order is made to a house address and we finds that the body has already been buried, we will keep the arrangement in the cemetery, crematorium or where ever the body is buried.

If we find the door locked or no one in the delivery address, we will make a second try after contacting them over phone (if the delivery address is in the city limits). We will handover the gift to the house nearby (if the delivery address is not within the city limits) and later, the recipient will be informed. However, your gift shall be delivered safely on the same day.

We work on Sundays and holidays. But we don’t work on X’mas and Onam days. Eventhough we are not working for X’mas and Onam we will take deliveries within the city limits.

We do not work on unexpected strikes and hartals.

We are not responsible for the late deliveries due to hartals and strikes.

We are not responsible for the late deliveries, if the recipient is not present in the place.

We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address, if it is the address given by the ordered person.

We are not responsible for the late deliveries due to, heavy rains, floods and other unpredicted natural calamities.

Our delivery time is 9 am. to 7 pm.

You will be informed about the status of the delivery on the same day itself.

For making the delivery easy, we request you to give all the information correctly.

If we cannot deliver your order because of our own reasons, we assure you 100% money back after a nominal transaction fee.

Flowers

The pictures shown are sample pictures. Since we are doing local tie-ups in each district, the actual arrangements may slightly vary from the pictures.

The colour and the type of the flowers used may vary according to the availability of flowers.

Some flowers especially Lilies are seasonal and are not available always in Kerala. If lilies are not available, our florists will go for some other arrangements equivalent to your money value.

Please try to place the orders for arrangements having Lilies 4 to 5 days in advance so that we will get enough time to arrange the flowers.

We will always try our level best to use the same colour of flowers as in the pictures and do the arrangements exactly like the pictures given.

Our size of the wreaths is 21 inches outer diameter for large and 18 inches outer diameter for medium.

Cakes

The pictures shown are sample pictures. Since we are doing local tie-ups in each district, the actual product may slightly vary from the pictures.

To serve you fresh and better, we prefer Rich Icing Cakes within the city or town limits. In the areas other than the city limits, we cannot guarantee the physical appearance of the cakes having rich fresh cream since the icing will melt.

Regarding shaped cakes, some shapes are not available in certain places. However, we shall try to deliver the same shape you order and if it is not available, we shall go for other shapes and execute the order.

For shaped cakes and photo cakes, the minimum weight is 2 kg.

Regarding photo cakes, the photograph to be printed over the cake should reach us by courier or email on the date of placing the order itself. The minimum size of the photograph you shall have to send is a post card size. Our processed photo dimension over the cake is 25 X 18.5 cm. The ink used for the photo processing is rich and edible. Higher resolution photographs will yield a better quality.

Photo cakes are now available only in Trivandrum, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Ernakulam and some parts of Idukki Districts. We prefer photo cakes within the city or town limits.

Shirts & Trousers

We only deal with quality and branded items. We are promoting the brands Basics & Genesis.

The actual colour of the shirts & trousers may slightly vary from the colour shown in the pictures.

We offer you an exchange facility by which if the recipient is not satisfied with the colour or size of the shirt or trouser, he can exchange it from our nearest showroom within 45 days after he receives it. The recipient shall bring the product unused and in a very good condition.

Basis & Genesis have their showrooms in Padma Junction, M.G.Road, Ernakulam and City Centre Building, Thrissur. Showrooms will be opened shortly in Trivandrum, Palakkad and Thalassery areas.

Kasavu Items

We offer you No.1 export quality items. We assure you that very good quality kasavu material is used for making the kasavu items. If you find any problem regarding the stuff, within 2 – 3 months, do not hesitate to contact us through email or phone, showing the order details.

Combos

All the combinations with liquor bottles will be delivered only in Trivandrum, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode districts and a few places in and around Thodupuzha. For delivery in other places, please confirm the availability through email before placing orders.

Since all the Indian and Foreign Liquor brands are not available here always, the liquor bottles used for the combinations may vary from the items shown in the image. We shall try our level best to provide the same item. However, if a particular item is not available, we shall go for other items within the same price range. Your value for money will be definitely considered.

All the foreign liquor brands used are of size 1 lit. and all the Indian made brands used are of size 750 ml.

All the combinations with fruits contain 2 Kg. of assorted fresh fruits. We offer you a minimum of 5 variety items. The fruits will be arranged neatly in a decorated basket.

All the items in the Combos will be gift-wrapped.

Toys

Toys generally come in two shades - light and dark. The toys shall be delivered subject to stock position. If you want a particular shade or colour, you can specify in the column "Special Instructions", while you order. We shall try our level best to provide the same colour you specify. If that particular shade or colour is not available, we shall go for the next similar colour or shade. However, your order shall be safely delivered.
