    Thavala Adai is a tradtional recipe in Iyengar community. This v is very simple and tasty and healthy. This adai is mixed grains and rice. This Thavala we can have as snack or dinner or breakfast. This is very simple steps to do this adai. This adai we have rice, then we add both channa and toor dal. Few people add more dals like urad dal and moong dal too. We do this different version this is my version which my neighbor taught me . They do in differnt type of this adai. Urad dal may add at time grind after roasting. Few do with at time of soaking. This adai have few procedure to do. First soaking rice and grind coarsely and cook with tempering items and toast or roast in tawa. This is lenghtly to see but very simple while doing. This is serve with coconut chutney. We can serve as snack, tiffin time. Its more healthy mixed of rice dals. We adding coconut to enhance taste of the recipe. Now we can see in detail.

    Mutton Ghee Roast is very famous and authentic recipe of mangalore. This recipe is delicous and yummy to have with rice and rotis and parotta. We have to two few procedure to this recipe. First we have to marinate for few hours, so we get juicy and tendering mutton for cooking . For this mutton ghee roast we need fresh mutton and that too with bone pieces too. Because this mutton bones more taste in this recipe while boiling the juicy comes out from mutton. After marinate we roast few ingredients to and grind to make fine paste. this both combine to cook final we get mutton ghee roast. In this recipe we use more ghee and gives mores taste and different aroma and makes more richness of this recipe. Mutton is very fatty meat and makes delicious taste when we cook. This mangalorain recipe they add tamarind. Few people do this with tamarind water in boiling of mutton and few people cook this tamarind in roasting ingredients and make a paste for this recipe.     Idiyappam Chicken Biriyani is very delicous recipe. Its little long procedure to do. But it outcome of recipe is very tasty. This recipe is our mother’s recipe which she learned from her grandmom. This idiyappam we do in all our home. We may do with any occasion. This idiyappam we do with simple lemon idiyappam, tomato like wise we can give some variety. In this same case we do this with chicken that too direct cook of chicken. This two part of the procedure to do. We do this idiyappam in our sandhavai maker. We prepare idly in parboiled rice and do this idiyappam. Then we cook like biriyani masala and mix and saute with Chicken masala. In that we saute all procedure like biriyani and add chicken cook well and mix with this Idiyappam.     Donne Chicken Biriyani is very famous in Bangalore at Karnataka. This Donne biriyani is very familiar in all Military Hotel in bangalore road side. This biriyani is served with donne with we regulary get our prasadam in temples. For a change hotel vendors are served this biriyani with Donne to feel more tasty while we having this biriyani. Because this donne gives dry green flavor and enhance with our biriyani. In this biriyani we add green more like mint and coriander leaves and green chilli so it give more fresh green flavor. This biriyani we grind all these greens along with onion and saute well make a paste. so its does not makes the biriyani raw smell of this green. Mainly we adding this Seeraga Sambha Rice.     Kalyana Rasam is very tangy and delicious rasam in south indian recipes. This rasam we generally do in marriage function so its called kalyana rasam. its fresh grinding rasam powder and adding all new glossary items in this marriage function so its give more fresh aromatic flavor. We firstr cook tomato and tamarind water with garlic and jaggery then last we adding that fresh grind powder and cooked toor dal so we wont boil much more time with this dal and powder . This kalyana rasam podwer can store in container and we can use but the freshness of aroma is reduce after regular use . So when ever you need this rasam with freshness of this aromatic rasam can do regular grind of this powder. in this tomato and tamrind and jaggery gives combined sweetness and sour and tangy to this rasam. here this corainder and methi seeds gives some additional flavor to this rasam.     Moong dal Pudalangai Kootu is very simple and easy to prepare. this is one of the regular menu in south India recipe. weekly once every family prepare this recipe in every home in tamilnadu . We have more variation to prepare this kootu. Either one is adding sambhar chilli powder or grind red chilli with coconut . We can have this for idly dosa , rice and chappathi.     Kothamalli Thogayal is very tasty and delicious recipe. its commonly we all know its called as coriander leaves thogayal. Its very yummy to idly dosa and steamed hot rice. we take for chappathi and bread too. its very nice to all these combination, we add more oil and tamarind so its more preservative for this recipe to store more day in fridge. in Coriander leaves we have Coriander or cilantro is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, manganese, iron and magnesium as well. In addition, coriander leaves are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein. They also contain small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium. Coriander lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) and increases the levels of good cholesterol (HDL). A very good food for digestive system, coriander promotes liver functions and bowel movements. Coriander is good for diabetes patients. It can stimulate the insulin secretion and lower the blood sugar levels.
