Usually i make chicken majboos, so this time it was prawns as main ingredient. It was awesome , rice and prawns cooked in a pot with authentic masalas and the slight tangy taste of dried lemon , delicious . Marinated prawns are shallow fried in oil Mox with the rice finally.Some crushed prawns are cooked with rice and the gravy of onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and spice powders that ended up in a rich flavoured spicy yummy moist biriyani like, arabic majboos.
