Easy chilli chicken without corn flour

Ingredients
  • Chicken(bite size pieces) – 1lb
  • Onion(thinly sliced) – 2nos
  • Green chillies 2
  • Oil 2
  • Red coloring(optional) – 2drops
For the marinade:-
  • Red chilly powder – ½tbsp
  • White vinegar – 3tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 1 tbsp) –
  • Black pepper – 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken in the above mentioned marinade for about 30 mins.
  2. Saute onions and green chillies in a skillet for about 5 mins.
  3. Add chicken along with the remaining marinade and saute, until gravy is thick and chicken is done to your liking.
