Ingredients
Lamb meat –

Ginger

garlic
paste – 2 tbsp) –
Turmeric powder

Red chilly powder –

Rice flour –

Corn flour –

Lemon juice –

Curry leaves

Marinated
green chillies

Instructions
Cut the mutton into somewhat small pieces.
Add
ginger
-
garlic
paste,
turmeric powder
, red chilly powder, lemon juice and some
salt
to the mutton and marinate for an hour.
Mix rice flour and corn flour.
Add
water
and
salt
and prepare a dough (like pakoda dough ).
Add the marinated mutton to the dough and allow to settle for 10 mins.
Deep fry the mutton like bajjis.
In the same
oil
, deep fry the
curry leaves
and the chillies (marinated in lemon juice and
salt
for a day ).
:- Serve the mutton fry and the curry leaf-green chilly fry while hot.
