Ingredients
  • Idly Rice – 2 1/2cups
  • Whole Urad Dal(with skin) – 1cup
  • uluva/fenugreek – 1tblsp
  • Cooked rice – 2tblsp
Instructions
  1. Soak and grind the ingredients separate. Mix well and ferment. Before you make dosa add 2 tbsp of milled flax seeds.Flax seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
