- Adzuki Beans(soaked overnight) - 200 g
- Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seed powder(Jeeraka podi) - 1 tsp
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 3 springs
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Juice of 2 lemons -
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing adzuki beans in coconutty flavor, mix gram flour with a little water to make a smooth paste.
- Add the chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Then add a little water and mix the ingredients. Keep this spice paste aside.
- Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the curry leaves and the cumin seeds.
- Add the spice paste and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes. Add a little water if required.
- Toss in the soaked adzuki beans. Cover and cook in low flame till the adzuki beans become tender.
- Adzuki beans in coconutty flavor is ready.
