Aloo Cheese Paratha
this is very simple and easy to do. This paratha will be loved by kids and everyone.

  • Wheat 1cup
  • Aloo – 2
  • Cheese(grated 1/4 cup) –
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • Salt(as taste) –
  • Turmeric 1/4tsp
  • Oil(for greasing paratha) –
  1. Boil aloo and allow to cool and mash well
  2. Now make wheat dough by adding little salt and required water . make soft dough and rest aside
  3. In aloo add spice, salt and cheese. mix well
  4. Now divide equal portion of dough and keep aside
  5. Now take one portion of dough and flat thick and stuff aloo cheese mix
  6. Fold like ball and roll it as thin paratha
  7. Heat tawa and cook both side grease oil
  8. When you see this paratha puff like normal roties, take it.
  9. Now its ready to serve Aloo cheese Paratha
