this is a good side dish for meals particularly curd rice and it will taste yummy

  1. peel and cut the aloo into small cubes
  2. grind the red chilli, coconut, onion, garlic and fennel seeds and turmeric
  3. make a fine paste
  4. In a pan heat the oil and add aloo and mix
  5. now add salt and the paste and mix well
  6. allow to fry until the aloo and masala mixed well, if required add oil.
  7. now aloo fry is ready. serve with curd rice
