Ingredients
Aloo 1 cup –
Red chilli 4 . –
Garlic
: 5 –

onion
3 to 4 . –
coconut
2 to 3 pieces or1/4 cup –
fennel seed
1/4 tsp –
Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp –
Salt
to taste –
Oil
: as required –
Instructions
peel and cut the aloo into small cubes
grind the red chilli,
coconut
,
onion
,
garlic
and
fennel seeds
and
turmeric
make a fine paste
In a pan heat the
oil
and add aloo and mix
now add
salt
and the paste and mix well
allow to fry until the aloo and masala mixed well, if required add
oil
.
now aloo fry is ready. serve with curd rice
