For Dough:
  1. slice the onion, capsicum, chop the aloo and gobi
  2. heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion
  3. add capsicum and mix it
  4. add aloo and mix it
  5. add cauliflower and mix well
  6. add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix well
  7. allow to cook until the aloo and cauliflower get cooked
  8. prepare dough from wheat flour, salt and water
  9. take small ball from dough and roll it
  10. cook the wheat roll in the tawa by applying oil both the side
  11. stuff the aloo gobi masala in the chapathi and roll it
  12. now aloo gobi wrap is ready to serve
