- Pork - 1/2k g
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 3 tbsp) -
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Potatoes(cut in big cubes) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 5 springs
- Pepper(A pinch) -
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing pork vindaloo, clean the pork and cut it into pieces. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry onions till it becomes transparent.
- Once it fries well, add chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix it well.
- Add the tomatoes and fry it well till the oil separates.
- Then put the potatoes, pork and required water in it. Close the lid with the whistle.
- Allow it to cook for 4 whistles or till the pork is cooked.
- Once the pork is cooked remove the lid.
- Allow it to boil.
- Garnish with pepper, coriander leaves and vinegar.
- Pork vindaloo is ready. Serve hot with rice, bread, paratha etc.
