Minced beef with other ingredients - Arabian Samosas

Ingredients
- Boneless beef(minced) - 1/2 kg
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 3 cups
- Onions(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Pine nuts - 100 g
- All spices - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Ajinomoto(A pinch) -
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a vessel and sautT in the onions till it becomes transparent.
- Add in the beef mince, all spices, pepper powder, cumin seeds, ajinomoto and salt. Allow the meat to cook in a pressure cooker.
- Then remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
- Make lemon sized balls out of the dough and roll it into small thin circles.
- Put a spoon full of the beef mixture in the middle and fold it into triangle shape.
- Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough and beef mixture.
- Arabian samosas are ready. Serve hot with ketchup at tea time.
